To a better nation

Hi I'm Lilly Calvert (President of Cozy Closets) and to give a brief summary- Cozy Closets is a clothing donation organization dedicated to supporting unhoused teens. At our founding chapter in Port Townsend, WA, we collect clothes from the community, organize them, and allow local students to pick out what they need. Any overflow is donated to youth shelters in the Seattle area. As part of our project, we also repurpose clothes that are too stained for donation by chopping and sewing them into new garments, which are then re-donated.

Where Olympic Peninsula Donations Are Headed:

Local Schools + various youth shelters

After our team organizes the donations, local students in need can go through them and pick out whatever they like. Any overflow is then sent to various youth shelters around western Washington based on quantity.
